Project Description

Automated AI news intelligence pipeline running on N8N Cloud. Every Sunday at 8AM ET, a scheduled workflow calls the Claude API with web search to research and synthesize the week's AI developments into a core report (~2,000–3,500 words). That report is then refracted through four audience-calibrated tiers via sequential Haiku 4.5 API calls: Preview (ultra-brief highlights), Beginner (5th–8th grade level), Intermediate (technical professionals), and Advanced (researchers & engineers). The final output is formatted with cost metadata, converted to HTML, and emailed via Gmail. Named for the optical metaphor: one stream of raw information enters, refracts into a spectrum of distinct outputs. Produces the weekly "AI Intelligence Briefing" for Polaris Technology followers. Runtime ~5–10 min, ~$0.60–1.50 per run.
